Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. The Product is intended for lawful business purposes only, including employee monitoring and business management. Any use for illegal activities, fraud, or privacy violations is strictly prohibited.

CNC TECH makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of the Product. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including privacy, labor, and data protection regulations, and for obtaining any required consent from employees or third parties. CNC TECH is not liable for legal claims arising from improper use, misuse, or failure to comply with such laws.

The Product may integrate with third-party services or APIs. CNC TECH does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of any third-party service and disclaims any liability related to such services. Users are responsible for securing any data collected or processed through the Product; CNC TECH is not liable for data loss, leakage, or misuse resulting from improper handling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNC TECH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, inability to use, or reliance on the Product, including damages caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or network failures.

Users are responsible for securely handling any data collected through the Product.

4. Intellectual Property
All software, features, documentation, and content associated with the Product are the intellectual property of CNC TECH. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Services
The Product may integrate with third-party APIs or services. CNC TECH does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or security of these services and is not responsible for any issues arising from their use.

AI WORK PHONE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

CNC TECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or misuse of the Product.

4. Payment and Fees
If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your plan. Payment methods accepted will be displayed during subscription. CNC TECH reserves the right to change pricing or subscription terms at any time.
