REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

  • Non-refundable Products/Services: Subscriptions, licenses, or AI Work Phone software purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

    1. Product defects or technical issues confirmed by CNC TECH support.

    2. Subscription payment errors or duplicate charges.

  • Refund Request Process:

    • Contact CNC TECH at cnctech08@gmail.com email within 7 days of the purchase or billing date.

    • Provide proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.

  • Resolution: CNC TECH may, at its discretion:

    • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

    • Provide credit toward future subscriptions.

    • Offer technical support to resolve the issue instead of a refund.

  • Excluded Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind or business decisions.
